Chapter 4- Paul #1:

Denise is washing the plates as Paul arrives from school and before he walks out, Denise reminds Paul about the Local Market that the family will be visiting. He tells Denise that he will make his own way there to which she says that it's OK and Paul leaves the house.

At the Local Market, Denise accompanies Alexander as he inquires to the disguised Paul about the Drip Fruits but they were too late and they were already sold out. Denise was disgruntled that despite keeping an eye out for him, they were still too late. When Paul offers his own Drip Fruit for sale and Alexander accepts, Denise is happy and states that it is for the kids. The family walk away to carry on looking at the stalls and find Paul.

At the end of the market visit, the family are waiting by the entrance for Paul to walk in but they spot him approaching them from inside. Denise tells him off saying that he could have texted her if he was going to go round on his own but Paul does not listen to her. She notices that Paul's hair is messed up, saying that she hopes that he did not walk around with such a scruffy look and hugs him to Paul's dismay. The family goes home after a busy day and Alexander prepares the Drip Fruit for the kids but he messes up leading to only half the juices being harvested. Paul gives his portion to Jerry and Denise is proud of Paul for sharing.
