Eagle Beagle is Rustler's brother from another mother and older brother of Eagle Beagle Junior. He is the drummer of Rustler's rock band: The Rock Boys. At home, Eagle Beagle helps Rustler raise the younger siblings but takes more responsibility for EBJr as he's his actual brother.

Chapter 3- Eagle Beagle #1
Picking up from when Rustler heads off to Cobali Hill, Eagle Beagle stays behind and keeps an eye on the children as the two agreed on.

Things are off to a rocky start when RJ and EBJr run around the town square, not listening to Eagle Beagle when he tells them to calm down. Rustina approaches Eagle Beagle with a magazine she took from the shop without paying for it first, angering the shopkeeper as he yells at Eagle Beagle for the theft Rustina mistakenly committed.

He lets her keep the magazine but RJ and EBJr sees that Rustina is getting a free gift, they want one too. After relenting to the begging by the boys, Eagle Beagle says that they can have a magazine each as well though they already have their sights set on some toys instead. The lecture he tries to give about coveting things fall of deaf ears, the boys run out of the shop with their new toys to Eagle Beagle's chagrin.

The children enjoy their afternoon in the park, RJ and EBJr are playing with their new toys and Rustina reads her magazine in peace. Eagle Beagle simply chillaxes while he isn't needed, lamenting that he agreed to let Rustler go and leave the babysitting to him. Without any warning, a bunny boy approaches RJ and EBJr with the intent to pick on them. Eagle Beagle witnesses the bullying, initially hesitant at first to intervene but after Rustina saying that he needs to step in and the confrontation getting physical, he does so; putting on a brave face.

Eagle Beagle shames the bully for picking on younger children, the bully deflects his attempt at a scalding by laughing at him. Bully Bunny draws comparison between him and Eagle Beagle before recognising that it's actually him. Bully Bunny acts friendly to Eagle Beagle by stating that he's in the most popular band in all of Gerona Kingdom. Eagle Beagle is cautious that Bully Bunny is friendly all of the sudden, even calling him a main star however, he changes his tune and goes back to his sharp tongue by saying Eagle Beagle is just the drummer; cutting him deep.

Losing his confidence, Eagle Beagle struggles to stand his ground as Bully Bunny goes in for another insult not just to him but to Rustler. His efforts to defend Rustler's character is quickly interrupted with Bully Bunny saying that since Eagle Beagle is just the drummer, he can be replaced in The Rock Boys. The words get under Eagle Beagle's skin as he wonders about being replaced by Rustler and having doubts about his own significance. After seeing Eagle Beagle wreck his brain over his words, he states that he is only kidding and is in disbelief that he managed to mess with Eagle Beagle of all Geronian citizens. EBJr is mad at Bully Bunny for picking on his beloved older brother so he sticks up for him with one final statement before Bully Bunny gets bored and steals EBJr's toy plane as one last jab at the family, causing EBJr to burst out in tears.

Seeing his dear baby brother cry gave Eagle Beagle the courage to face Bully Bunny again to get back the toy plane. Outside of the park, Bully Bunny stops to marvel at what he has done, unaware that Eagle Beagle is hot on his tail, readying his talons. The rude words of Bully Bunny didn't even reach Eagle Beagle as he only cares about getting the toy back, using his sharp talons to do so. He manages to get a grip of the toy plane with Bully Bunny still holding it, both are struggling to keep a hold. Eagle Beagle scorns Bully Bunny for making EBJr cry after his attempts to shame him for forcefully getting the toy back. Bully Bunny manages to get his hand free, dropping the toy in the process and steps on it for a final act of disrespect, running away from the scene. Eagle Beagle doesn't pursue him and instead picks up the toy plane.

Bringing back the toy to EBJr, making him cry even more, Eagle Beagle apologises for not being able to bring the toy back intact. Witnessing RJ and Rustina offer their toys to help cheer up EBJr made Eagle Beagle add that his younger brother have family that care for him and take the youngens out of the park for some ice cream.
Rustler has listened to the story and talks seriously with Eagle Beagle, saying that he should have more confidence in himself, especially after being taunted by a child. He goes on to say that he's replaceable which makes Rustler yell that he would never replace his brother.
